Foreclosure - The Rest of the Story

In this Foreclosure section, we have the documents and instructions for registering your claim for property lost to foreclosure since May 21, 2009 as well as the documents necessary to file for Relief on an ongoing foreclosure. It is important that once you have all of the documents completed and mailed to the proper place that you return here to file your registered claim with us.

If you are filing for relief on an ongoing foreclosure and you do not receive remedy within 30 days we will automatically file your claim electronically with the proper authority.

Filing your claim with us gives you a voice in this matter and makes you a Co-Claimant in any/all existing and future litigation that may be necessary to ensure the roll out of the P.E.R.S. Program and the successful bailout and new beginning for the American people. We will also keep you informed with regular updates, via E-mail, of the status of P.E.R.S. and your claim.

Please remember to return here to file your claim with us and make sure that you include the Registered Mail number so that we can identify your claim. You will also find the Notary Certification and Disputing the Debt documents on this page that you may wish to employ in your foreclosure, or prior to foreclosure. We will be adding many new documents in the near future to assist you in handling your credit card debt, auto loans, student loans, etc. so, roll your sleeves up and empower yourself as knowledge is power.
